Couple weekends ago I had the honor of baking with one of the most admired bakers I know...my grandma!
Every Christmas my grandmother puts together a beautiful spread of cookies, peanut butter chocolate balls, cakes, and more for all of us to enjoy during the holiday season...and man, I don't know how this lady does it all in a couple days, cause I was exhausted after the first batch of cookies.
Luckily, we were able to hit our Christmas baking targets and are now armed with goodies to last us through all our holiday dinners and porch drop off visits.
This past weekend I decided to give a couple of her recipes a go, except make them vegan and gluten-free so that all the special people in my life can enjoy them too!
