This recipe has been on repeat since November! It is so incredibly easy and I am so excited to be sharing a super simple three-ingredient royal icing recipe that is vegan (no eggs or meringue powder needed). PLUS there is no need to purchase icing bags - just use a Ziplock bag and cut a VERY small piece off the corner of the bag to decorate your cookies like a pro.
