Sadly, we are nearing the end of summer but fortunately that means a lot of foods are at their peak harvest time - like green beans and radishes!
This bean salad is so simple to make, yet serve well as a side dish or an easy lunch. Best part is that letting this bean salad sit for a couple days allows the beans to marinate in the oil and vinegar dressing making it even more tasty.
