Late Summer White and Green Bean Salad

The white and green bean salad sits on a blue and white checker tea towel on a wooden cutting board. To the top left of the salad are two forks crossed at the handle. A large silver spoon sits in the white and green bean salad.

Sadly, we are nearing the end of summer but fortunately that means a lot of foods are at their peak harvest time - like green beans and radishes!

This bean salad is so simple to make, yet serve well as a side dish or an easy lunch. Best part is that letting this bean salad sit for a couple days allows the beans to marinate in the oil and vinegar dressing making it even more tasty.

Two hands grasp the edges of the white and green bean salad bowl.
